Each treatment is customized to meet the individual guests primary concerns. All offered by our talented Master Aestheticians and Aestheticians.

Founded in 2006, Isella has grown to become one of the area’s most popular spas. In 2022, Isella Aesthetics relocated to a new facility at 4550 NW Newberry Hill Silverdale, WA 98383. Our new facilities are extremely modern and tailored to our medical aesthetics needs, our new location also features upgrades in security, location, and parking specifically for our guests. Located within the heart of Silverdale, Isella is well worth choosing as the place to receive your favorite Spa treatments.

ABOUT THE OWNER
"I was inspired to become an aesthetician when I found myself struggling with acne as an adult and went to a dermatologist at a med spa. I received a skin care treatments by a medical aesthetician and after that I was hooked! I had never even heard of an aesthetician prior to that service. She played such an important role in the healing of my acne, not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. My background was health care and special education. I decided to take the leap of faith and go to school to become an aesthetician. Within two years of being an aesthetician Isella Day Spa was born! I had no idea how to run a business but I was passionate enough to believe I could.

I started in a small space on a mezzanine right across the street from where we are now. As the business started to grow, I expanded to a downstairs retail space. This is when Isella Day Spa became Isella Salon Spa as we incorporated hair and nails. 8 years ago I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to buy the building we are currently in. So across the street we went. With hair, nails and spa, we grew to maximum capacity in our new space in no time. I eventually discontinued nail services and as of recently discontinued hair services.
Why you might ask? My heart kept bringing me back to the reason I got into this business in the first place. I decided to get my master aesthetic license, brought on a medical director and started changing the course of my business. What a ride! Lots of successful moments and not so successful moments.

I would like to thank my team for treating my business as if it were your own. This is not a one woman show. It takes a strong and passionate team to maintain the standards that we collectively hold to create something special for you, our guests. OUR POLICIES
CHILD POLICY
We write this notice with the utmost respect to the parents who are guests at our spa. In order to maintain a relaxing and safe environment, we ask that our guests do not bring their children along for a service.
For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service.
We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot ensure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. We do understand that childcare might not always be available and we are happy to work with you to reschedule to a time that meets your needs. Please be sure to let our staff know 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment of any changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Isella’s cancellation policy requires a credit card to hold your reservation.
We value your business and welcome you to experience the exceptional level of service offered at Isella Aesthetics. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments so that we would have the opportunity to offer that time to another guest.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment(s) will be subject to a charge of equal to 50% of service(s) booked.

Same Day No Call/No Show's will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
REFUND POLICY
Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our products.
Isella Aesthetics proudly stands behind our products which include; Jan Marini, PCA Skin and GlyMed Plus. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at Isella Aesthetics, a refund will only be considered if presented within fourteen days of purchase and the product is unused and in its original packaging.
If product is opened or used, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 14 days from date of purchase.​
